Cooking Class at Colegio Santa Ursula








One of the best things about about travel is the opportunity to try something new. Today at Colegio Santa Ursula our students enjoyed a whole new experience: cooking class! As you can see, it was a huge success!! The students (with a bit of help from Santa Ursula faculty) prepared Alfajores, Chilean caramel sandwich cookies (which, I might add, were only sampled by Mrs. Vargas who ate one when she thought no one was looking). I imagine that the Alfajores were delicious and I hope someone will give me one soon!
Next week the students will have a second cooking class so I am certain that our Dallas families can look forward to enjoying some gourmet Chilean treats upon our return.
