On March 4, we celebrated the birthday of our lovely Ms. Vander Linden. As many of you know, Ms. Vander Linden is the constant smiling presence in our Global Village. She helps with countless events, activities and initiatives and she always has a friendly word for any Ursuline girl looking for where to turn in an application, etc. Ms. Vander Linden's birthday was a festive occasion and we continue to enjoy the presence of "Ida", the giant birthday balloon aka "Ms. Vander Linden's assistant." Ms. Vander Linden really likes Ida even though she has an aversion to popping balloons (once she was overheard in the Global Village saying "I don't pop balloons" to Ms. Nipp). We hope that Ms. Vander Linden had a great birthday and we hope the celebration continues through Spring Break!!!
